Taxt deductible gift

Do you want to support Animal Life Foundation? Doing this by means of a tax deductible gift will benefit both you and Animal Life Foundation. How does this work?
The agreement will be stated by a solicitor. You do not have to go to the solicitor yourself. When you fill in the form at Schenkenservice, this will be taken care for by them.

You can support ALF for a minimum of 5 years through a tax deductible gift.

Legacies
One thing in life is for sure: we all die some day. Less sure is what will happen with your inheritance. If you are thinking of drawing up your will, please consider making ALF part of it. If you do not have a will, your inheritance will be handled by legislation. This implies that your relatives automatically inherit everything. When these relatives are not next of kin, the inheritance will be taxed heavily.

When you don’t have any relatives any more, your inheritance will automatically go to the State! To make your will, you have to go to a solicitor. They can tell you everything about leaving an inheritance to a charitable organization. You can discuss all your wishes with your solicitor and arrange everything exactly the way you want to. It would be fantastic for vulnerable humans and animals in need if you named Animal Life Foundation in your will. Animal Life Foundation is free of tax duties, so your inheritance will fully benefit vulnerable people and animals. There are two ways to arrange this.

Residual gift
If you appoint ALF as heir in your will, we will partly or entirely receive your inheritance.

Pecuniary or specific gift. This is a specified sum of money, but can also be an object (i.e. real estate or antiques). Your solicitor will be able to tell you more about how you can arrange this so that the costs for the inheritance won’t be deducted from the legacy.

Would you like to receive more information?
We will are happy to answer your questions. you can also suggest your own ideas about the destination of your inheritance. Please contact mrs. Floor Wijburg, 010-2020040
